The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived for our Easter stay. The room was decently clean and the bed was relatively comfortable, but nothing special. The hotel seemed to be located in a good spot, with nearby attractions and restaurants relatively close by. The hotel also offered a car park, which was convenient and reassuring for our safety.

The hotel had some major issues. The air conditioning was non-existent and we were sweating constantly in the stuffy room.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional! They went out of their way to accommodate my needs, even providing me with their personal phone number in case of an emergency. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and dining options, and the facilities were spotless. my stay was comfortable and worry-free.

We stayed at a hotel for New Year's Eve and had a great experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, even bringing us coffee early in the morning. the location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. One great benefit was the secure parking right across the street.

There was really just one drawback, which was the firmness of the beds. this seems to be a common issue throughout Mexico, so it wasn't too surprising.
